General CommentsInspection conducted with Philip Getson. Ensure pool equipment is working properly. Air bubble in flow meter, high filter pressure, low flow in skimmers. Main drains expire 3-1-2027. Prior to expiration, replace with new APSP-7/APSP-16 approved drain covers and submit updated PDSC forms to our office for approval. Observed decking and fencing expanded for new grill and gazebo that were added to the pool deck. New fencing does not meet Health Department requirements. Does not appear that permits and inspections were obtained from Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement. Will need to submit plans and get passing inspections from Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement. Gate to secondary entrance by grill area screwed shut. This is an emergency egress exit. Ensure all Fire Marshall emergency egress requirements are met. Pre-permit inspection did not pass. All items marked as pre-permit items must be corrected prior to scheduling a re-inspection with Will Harrison (704) 507-6824. Prior to scheduling a re-inspection, will need to pay a $100 re-inspection fee by calling our office (980) 314-1620 and paying with a credit card. 7) 8) 11) 15) 16) 24)
