General CommentsInspection conducted with CPO Jessie Daniels. Observed new cover installed over hydrostatic relief valve. Back gate screwed shut. This gate is marked as an exit gate. Recommend making gate functional for fire egress, and ensure it meets .2528 rules as originally designed. If would like to permanently disable, will need permission from the Fire Marshall. Main gate with handle < 54” high. Will need to make gate self-closing and self-latching with release mechanism at least 54” high. Push bar needs to remain in place and working for fire egress. Will follow up on next pool inspection. Emergency phone cuts in and out. Recommend having Kings III or the phone company check the line. Intent to suspend issued 7) 16) 18) 24) Re-inspection scheduled for roughly 1:30 PM on Friday, 5/16.
