3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed in-use two red buckets and one 1 clear container of quaternary sanitizer solution recently changed at 0PPM. CDI - PIC discarded solution and obtained sanitizer from 3-comp-sink wall dispenser at 300PPM. |
