7-204.11 Sanitizers, Criteria - Chemicals; Priority; Chemical SANITIZERS, including chemical sanitizing solutions generated on-site, and other chemical antimicrobials applied to FOOD-CONTACT SURFACEs shall: (A) Meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940 Tolerance exemptions for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations (Food-contact surface sanitizing solutions). Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizer testing high above 400 ppm at 116 F in the three compartment sink. Person in charge remade sanitizer with water temperature range required by manufacturer and re-tested the sanitizer which was at approved concentration during inspection. |
