Light switch by ice machine and light switch for kitchen dirty. Kitchen not being cooked in during inspection had pepperoni, cut up peppers and a bottle of hot sauce lying on the floor.

Hole in wall above light switch by ice maker. Coils on grab and go case are frozen over. Unit is currently maintaining a temperature of 39F, but without attention unit could begin to fail. |
