2-301.14 When to Wash (P)- Followed staff onto the food truck. When going to wash hands, observed there was a jug of soap in the handwashing sink and observed the food employee put on single-use gloves, and begin preparing food. When asking how they washed their hands, the food employee stated that they did not wash their hands when they returned to the food truck. CDI- Educated employee on when to wash and had them wash their hands. Food employees shall wash their hands upon retuning to work, before donning single-use gloves, and whenever contamination of the hands may occur. ~NO POINTS~ Due to no direct observation and learning through conversation. |
