General Comments

Conducted pre-permit inspection with CPO Josh Gonzalez. Most issues from previous inspection have been addressed. Verified PDSC information. Facility has pump locked at 2350 RPM. TDH calculation after a backwash of 27.85, or 110 GPM. Will need to maintain pump locked at 3110 RPM or less at a flow between what is needed for minimum turnover and 146 GPM, which is the max the filters can handle. Pre-permit inspection did not pass 16) There is a $100 re-inspection fee that must be paid prior to scheduling a re-inspection by calling our office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card.
