**INSPECTION CONDUCTED 5/17/22 UNDER ID #500398 -- CHANGED TO ANNUAL** Adam Rokitko present during the inspection General Comment: 2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present. One gate permanently locked. Operator has kept the screwed in face plate at the gate making this gate permanently closed/locked. Night swimming NOT permitted. Verified Main drains, equalizers and pump. Pump was locked at 2350 RPM and when backwashed and turned on the flow did not exceed 130 gpm. Flow meter operable.
