5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use Pf. Kitchen Hand sink wash water is much too hot. It is not adjustable by patrons, and is at 137F. Needs to be adjusted down to 110F or have cooling valve added to make these safe to use. |

Observed ceiling vent in laundry room to be very dusty. Need more frequent cleaning to maintain clean. |
