Observed dumpster doors left open during the inspection with drain plugs missing. Ensure that dumpster doors are being closed and drain plugs are in place to prevent possible harborage or attraction of pests. |

Observed unlabeled and mislabeled spray bottles on housekeeping carts. Ensure that chemical spray bottles are labeled correctly.
