Observed sticker residue on several containers stored as clean. Observed scoop and spatulas with heavy food residue stored as clean. Observed dicers with food debris. CDI - Per PIC, dicers are no longer being used. PIC removed dicers from clean dishes rack and will remove from facility. PIC moved all other items to 3-comp sink for w/r/s.
