6-501.11 Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Light fixture that is loose and multiple lights were out. Floors, walls and ceiling shall be maintained in good repair. Smooth and easily cleanable. Repair ceiling vent, reattach light fixtures and replace light bulbs. Also observed multiple walls and ceiling areas with chipping paint throughout establishment. Physical facilities shall remain in good repair. Repaint. |
