Have unit serviced. Two door unit in back area where raw chicken is stored was 45F and ambient air was 43F checked with EHS thermometer. Have this unit serviced also. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Repeat 6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C) Observed build up on floors, walls, and ceiling throughout. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Repeat 6-101.11 Surface Characteristics - Indoor Areas (C) Observed textured/pitted ceiling tiles in kitchen ceiling. Replace with smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable ceiling tiles. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed to be smooth and easily cleanable.
