General CommentsRecommend installing a lock on the kitchen door that opens to exterior of building that doesn’t give the option to leave unlocked. Door is being left unlocked making kitchen accessible from playground. Will reinspect facility within 7 calendar days. If an extension is needed send me an email requesting one.
