5-402.14 Sewage shall be removed from a mobile food unit at an approved servicing area.-Pf Observed sewage leaking from sewage output pipe under MFU. Pipe did not appear to have a valve to turn or a cover to prevent sewage from leaking on ground while water on MFU was running. VERIFICATION REQUIRED to ensure MFU can run water without sewage leaking on ground. REPEAT.
NOTE: MFU PIC was advised and confirmed understanding that MFU cannot be used until sewage pipe is repaired. |
