General CommentsPool is not approved for night swimming. Permit Restrictions: 1) Flow meters must remain operable. Combined flows of both flow meters shall not exceed 224 gpm due to flow restriction of the drain covers. Suction Hazard. (Add flows together for total flow). 2) Salt is not approved for primary chlorination. Observed a pet dog on pool deck. Individual with the dog informed C. Elmore that the dog was being trained for use in the military. C. Elmore informed the individual with the dog that training the dog to be used in the military did not convey any special status as far as the dog being allowed in the pool enclosure. The property management requested that the individual remove the dog from the pool enclosure. This was done. Do not allow animals within the pool enclosure unless they are legitimate ADA Service Animals. Even Service Animals cannot be allowed in the water. Observed the feature pump to be turned off at the time of inspection. If the pump requires replacement, notify the Health Department as the replacement may require updating the PDSC paperwork and may require an electrical inspection from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Code Enforcement.
