2-301.11 Keep hands and arms clean. -P Observed PIC with a bloody spot inside their glove. They were not actively touching food, the blood spot was alos on the cusp of the glove, making exposure possible. CDI-EHS intervened and explained, they then washed hands, put on a bandaid and added two gloves. |
