Observed no CFPM on site during inspection, no points deducted due to this being within the 210days allotted until points are deducted.
8 2 Hands clean & properly washed Yes No No 2-301.11 Keep hands and arms clean. -P Observed PIC with a bloody spot inside their glove. They were not actively touching food, the blood spot was alos on the cusp of the glove, making exposure possible. CDI-EHS intervened and explained, they then washed hands, put on a bandaid and added two gloves.

Observed 1 HS blocked by a breading cart, table and contianers in the HS. CDI-PIC and EHS moved table, cart and trays, and they were informed this must stay accessible .

Observed two items (cooked jalapenos, and pico) out of date 4/8, 4/11. CDI-PIC voluntarily discarded. All other food was in and dated. No points taken today.

Observed boxes under the shelves in the WIF, and ranch/pickles stored directly on the floor in the WIC.
