General CommentsTPHC - Milk Carafe, Salsa, Cheese Establishment is currently in transition to become a Garner Hotel. Ownership will remain the same: Shiva Management Corporation Observed grade card not posted. Failure to post the grade card in accordance with 15A NCAC 18A .2660 in the future will result in permit or legal action.
