Inspection completed with Francisco Garcia present. Note: observed bonding wire not securely attached to motor during inspection. CDI- reaffixed and secure. Intent to suspend permit issued for no record keeping of main drain safety checks, total alkalinity, or cyanuric acid. Check main drains for safety daily, total alkalinity and cyanuric acid at least once weekly. Correct within 30 days or permit will be suspended.
