Equipment such as ice bins shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Ice machine plate cleaned during inspection, CDI. Recommend making cleaning schedule for ice machine.
Observed meat slicer with food residue. Per PIC slicer had not been used this morning. Food contact surfaces shall be free of soil accumulations. Slicer was disassembled and cleaned during inspection. |

NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, FOOD residue, and other debris. Food debris clean up has improved since last inspection, but still needs attention. Continue improving. |
