Observed an unopened, clean, full water bottle laying in a opened box of sausage links. No contamination observed. Sausage links are not a ready to eat food as they are cooked to a minimum final cook temperature before serving. PIC removed water bottle from freezer. CDI. |

Observed walls and ceiling in kitchen drive thru area with dust build up. Observed front vent cover with dust buildup. Detail clean areas of dust more frequently. Observed walls behind griddles near 3 vat utensil sink with grease build up. Detail clean walls more frequently. |
