15A NCAC 18A .2804 (k) Lunches, snacks, and other meals that a child brings from home to the child care center shall be labeled with the date on which the food is brought to the child care center and the name of the child to whom the food belongs at the child's home and shall be returned to the child's home or discarded at the end of each day.- Observed new little milk cartons with straw for snack in refrigerator without name of student and date received. Ensure to label all items send from home with name and date. |

General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key.- Observed charcoal lighter liquid container, and a bag of charcoal stored on the shelf of outdoor smoker trailer in front the fence at the front side gate entrance. Observed a little square plastic white aunt trap on the counter in dining room. Observed air freshener in aerosol can in the unlocked office next to bathroom. Ensure to keep all hazardous items locked at all time. |
