The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Repeat-Observed hot water at kitchen sink 112F, gave it time to recover from lunch dishes, temperature continued to drop lower with each check. Have water heater worked on, doesn’t seem to be working correctly. |

Pesticides shall be stored in a locked storage room or cabinet separate from foods and medications. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (d). Observed close to 20 mothballs still on playground. CDI-all visible mothballs picked up. Keep watching for more mothballs, may be hiding in leaves or straw. |
