Gaskets on the chest freezer are torn. Counters in the kitchen near dish machine and two bay sink are worn, chipped, and cracked. One of the cabinet drawers is broken and coming away from the cabinet. Please work on replacing or repairing the counters. Exterior of ice machine near lid and hinges is worn and needs to be sealed and repaired. The shelves in the dry storage area are starting to rust.
Dish machine is not functional since June. Because of volume of reusable cups, plates, utensils, this will need to be addressed ASAP

Ceilings overall need to be cleaned and/or resurfaced (repainted). Inside cabinet under the white two bay sink needs to be cleaned and repaired. All floors and pan storage area cleaning. Floor grouting in kitchen area missing in places.
