General Comments
Inspection completed with Harry Nguyen present. Note- observed emergency telephone signage fading and in poor repair however signage is still legible. New emergency phone signage must be replaced prior to issuance of 2027-2028 operations permit. Observed one ‘no diving’ marker on pool deck faded. Replace prior to issuance of 2027-2028 permit. Permit conditions - Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 69 GPM to 98 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of the filter. Flow greater than 150 GPM exceeds the main drain maximum flow and is a suction hazard.
