General CommentsYou must return to your commissary every day with your truck. It appears you are not moving the truck daily. The generator is missing from the truck so you can not properly transport your food if you don’t have a generator for travel. You cannot prep produce (onions/tomatoes/lemons) on the unit. All pre-prep must be done at the commissary. Check your permit conditions. Permit action may be taken in the future if the conditions are not met.
