3-304.12 (B) In-use utensils for food that is not TCS must be stored with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed.- Observed scooping spoon for flour is laying in the bucket and the handle down on flour. CDI- PIC removed the item and place it at the designated spot. Ensure to keep the scooping spoons handle up or place it on the designated spot to avoid any possible contamination. |
