General CommentsCommercial yogurt with date marking of 3-10-2026 was voluntarily discarded by PIC. REHS and PIC discussed the importance of reviewing employee health reporting requirements often to reduce food borne illnesses. Improvements needed to maintain sanitation grade A status.
