REPEAT 4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed one RIC with ice accumulating inside and water collecting in bottom. PIC moved all items to another cooler and will unplug this unit to thaw ice and call technician. EHS observed ambient temperature of unit to be 42F. Dairy products were recently put in unit today and were relocated. |
