Conducted inspection with Emmanuel. Immediate suspension issued for inoperable emergency telephone. Pool must close. Call EHS Devon Moeller when repaired and ready to reopen. 7049981122 Several records missing. Maintain daily records and weekly CA and TA readings. EHS will check upon return visit. If records are not kept current a 30 day intent to suspend will be issued.
