3-203.12 Retain tag on the bag of shellstock until empty. Record date on the tag when the last shellstock from the container is used. Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf Observed facility not recording date when last shellstock from container is used/sold on shellstock tag. Facility only had 2 tags, very rarely gets shellstock- only around holidays. CDI- education provided about shellstock requirements to PIC and employees, employees able to identify date last sold on tag, will write date last sold on tags moving forward. |
