2-401.11 Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco (C) - Upon arrival, EHS observed an employees uncovered beverage being stored on the clean dish rack above clean dishes. Employees beverages should be covered with a lid and stored in a manor that wont pose a contamination risk to clean equipment. PIC moved the drink to a more appropriate location. |

4-501.114 Manual and Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Chemical Sanitization - Temperature, pH, Concentration and Hardness (P) - EHS recorded the dish machines sanitizer at 0 ppm chlorine after running two cycles. PIC said they had been using the dish washer today. EHS observed air in the sanitizer lines and a kink where the hose went into the chemical container. All chlorine sanitizer should be maintained between 50-200 ppm chlorine at all times.
CDI: EHS removed the kink, primed the dish machine, and recorded the sanitizer at 200 ppm chlorine. Dishes that have been washed in the dish machine today were ran back through the dish machine to be properly sanitized. |

7-102.11 Common Name - Working Containers (Pf) - EHS observed three sanitizer buckets without a common name label on them. When taking chemicals from a bulk supply, a common name label should be added to the working container e.g. Quat Sanitizer.
CDI: EHS educated PIC on the labeling rules and PIC labeled the buckets correctly. |

5-205.15 (B) Leak pipe etc. not imminent threat - EHS observed a plumbing leak coming from the wash compartment's plumbing at the three compartment sink. EHS observed a small leak coming from the handwash sink's plumbing beside the 3 compartment sink. EHS observed the condensation line of the ice machine leaking out water where the T connector is on the backside of the machine. Repair plumbing throughout the facility to maintain plumbing in good repair. |
