3-304.14 Wiping Cloths, Use Limitations (C) - Observed quat sanitizer testing 100 ppm for the sanitizer bucket. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other EQUIPMENT surfaces shall be held between uses in a properly mixed sanitizer solution. Quat sanitizer concentrations range from 200-400 ppm, but refer to manufacturers label as some quat sanitizer are rated at 150 ppm. Change buckets minimal every 4 hours or change when concentrations decrease. |
