General Comments

Onsite visit to pool for return construction with Stephen Cohn and Jerome Allen, CPO. Construction final passed. All holds on spa released in system. An unannounced follow-up inspection will be conducted by Environmental Health within 2 weeks. Log book did not have location for total alkalinity or cyanuric acid readings. Ensure weekly record keeping for TA and CYA. Sample log book provided to pool operator. Signage installed is generic signage. Property will be providing facility provided signage. Ensure that facility signage meets rule requirements for sizing and wording prior to replacement. Wording must be exact and at least 1/2" lettering for Caution signage. Wording for Warning signage shall be at least 4" in height. See rule .2530 and .2532. Note: Autofill sensor is tied into bottom of bench and appears as “return fitting”. Feature pump is tied into jet pump timer switch. Feature will not run without jet pump. Filtration Pump – Pentair Whisperflo WFET-6, 1.5 hp with (2) Aquastar A10RCFRxxx drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmer (back of skimmer) Feature Pump – Pentair Whisperflo WFE-6, 1.5 hp with (2) Aquastar A10RCFRxxx drain covers. Jet Pump – Pentair Whisperflo XF, XFE-20, 5 hp with (2) Lawson MLD-FGD-1212.
