General CommentsPer permit conditions: Permitted space includes 14th floor coffee bar and attached kitchen only. Per Aramark, 15th floor kitchen will function as a staging area for private catered events only. Vending area on 14th floor will contain commercially packaged foods and beverages only. Spoke with Sarah, building manager regarding food vendors setting up a pop up food event on the 15th floor. These pop up are catering by different food establishments: Johnny Burrito, Something Classic, Cordre Catering, Mert’s. Explained to building manager that as long as these are private catering events and not open to public this is allowed.
