General CommentsPERMIT CONDITIONS: *Any changes to menu, equipment, or processes require pre-approval (in writing by the NCDHHS Plan Review Unit) *Must have a Certified Food Protection manager on site at all times during operation within 210 days. *Must maintain an employee health policy *Single service only *One prep sink provided - for produce only *If raw poultry is to be processed, it is to be done on a designated raw poultry prep table/surface - otherwise all raw poultry is to be received pre-portioned, ready to marinade/bread and cook *No meat or seafood on menu *All thawing to be done under refrigeration *Water heater must be capable of providing adequate hot water to all fixtures as required by manufacturer and NC Food Code *Incoming water temperature to the dish machine must meet manufacturer's installation instruction requirements *If motion activated hand sinks are found to be out of compliance with NC Food Code, they will be required to be replaced with manual faucets *No specialized processes, HACCP plans, or variances have been approved *Facility does not qualify for use as a commissary for push carts or mobile food units or any other type of shared use due to space limitations. *FACILITY ONLY USES PASTEURIZED EGG PRODUCTS AT THIS TIME.
