General CommentsObserved a few cups of portioned cream cheese in front coffee bar reach-in without date. Larger stock of portioned product is in back reach-in and easily identifiable with proper date mark (6/5). Recommended to facility to have date label follow product up to front reach in to avoid losing track of date mark or commingling prep dates.
