-underside of hot holding and cold holding service line (above the food and above the griddle).
-the gray rolling cart
-gaskets of lower door of upright freezer unit
-the rear gear/hinges/screws/bolts/exposed equipment on the rear of the Star Pro-Max hot press (on the interior service-line). All equipment shall be easily cleanable. This particular design does not qualify as easily cleanable, requiring brush and special tools for effective cleaning. RECOMMEND REPLACING WITH A HOT PRESS LIKE THE ONE OF THE DRIVE-THRU DRIVE THRU SERVICE-LINE.
-the gaps in front of and to the side of the hot holding service-lines (both sides), where food easily lodges. Again, these areas should be smooth and easily cleanable, free of gaps and areas where food may lodge OR made to be taken apart and easily cleaned.

REPEAT VIOLATION - Backflow prevention is need at the mop sink due the splitter; currently backflow prevention is insufficient. REMOVE THE SPLITTER OR INSTALL A BACKFLOW PREVENTER RATED FOR CONTINUOUS SUCH AS ASSE1024. CDI: Educated PIC and splitter was detach for temp repair while deciding on how to proceed.

-There are several areas of pooling water in the facility due to slopping and/or foundation settling issues; under drive-thru soda dispenser, around mop sink area, etc. Ensure no pooling water.
-Recaulk or re-sealing is needed around the mop sink. Repair needed.
-Cove base on the exterior of the mop sink is damaged and separating from the wall of the mop sink. Repair and sealing is needed.
