Observed several pieces of equipment/utensils/containers stored in basin of handsink across from dish machine. EHS explained handsinks only for handwashing, no storage. CDI- objects moved. REPEAT.
6-301.12 Provide paper towels or approved alternative for hand drying at each handsink. -Pf Observed no paper towels at either handsink in back kitchen/prep storage area. CDI- paper towels provided. |
