-EHS observed one of the swinging doors with a large crack in the FRP layer that exposes raw wood, making this area not easily cleanable. Repair or replace door.
6-501.12 Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
-EHS observed the condenser fan covers with an accumulation of dust in the walk in cooler. Eliminate dust. |
