General CommentsPIC was unsure about the frequency of facility's inspections and mentioned that they are getting inspected too frequently. EHS reminded PIC that we do not operate on the calendar year, but Mecklenburg County's fiscal year (starts July 1st and ends June 30th). EHS explained further: facility is a category 2, which means that they get inspected anytime between July 1st until December 31st for their 1st quarter inspection, and anytime between January 1st and June 30th for their 2nd quarter inspection. Upon reviewal of facility's inspection history, inspections have always been conducted within the required timeframes. If PIC has any further questions on inspection frequency after EHS's explanation, please contact Mecklenburg County Health Department at (980) 314-1620.
