15A NCAC 18A .1826 (c) Sinks, vanities, toilets, and showers in guest rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Observed housekeeping cart with no sanitizer. Housekeeping was actively cleaning room without sanitizer. Ensure sanitizer is used to sanitize all rooms in between guests. |
