4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed several items still needing to be fixed on the transitional: gaskets, rusted shelves, rusted coffee pots, prep sink needs to be rechalked and attached to metal barrier, cutting boards, WIC seams, non slip lining in the WIC, stand up 2 (the 3 door cooler) has a bent piece of metal at the top. stand up 2-the one near the entrance-is 45F no TCS foods allowed in the unit until it is fixed. |
