4-501.11 - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment: Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. *Observed some of the shelving in the walk-in is rusted and chipping. PIC asked if they could cover the shelving with a liner. Once the rust is removed and the shelf is sealed liners can be used that are hard plastic or another type of material that is smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable that can be washed at the 3-compartment sink to help protect the shelves. |
