Cups were filled over the brim. CDI - Product was placed in freezer and cooled to < 41 F. EHS recommends storing this product in the interior part of the prep top. Observed beans, boiled carrots, potatoes and shredded mozzarella stored inside of the prep unit with an expiration date of 5/19/24. With exception of beans, remaining TCS foods were mislabeled, per PIC. CDI - Date marking corrected and beans voluntarily discarded by PIC. -3-
