General Comments

-EHS came to establishment in the late afternoon. One food employee was engaged in food prep and there was food baking in the oven; for this reason we were not able to get final cook times. -Cooling foods were dated and from earlier preparation and when checked were cooling at the proper rate [we vented containers]. -Delivery arrived at visit; EHS checked foods which were frozen to touch or had frost around packaging.
