NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. Observed WIC and WIF door gasket torn. Also observed the inside of the WIC door deteriorating and discolored. Also observed a wood pallet in the WIF. REPEAT
PIC stated that repairs started yesterday and the door gaskets have been ordered. |
