Observed door frame missing from back door, exposing dry wall and other not easily cleanable material. Replace door frame.
6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed missing grout in kitchen and cracked tiles in the kitchen. Repeat. |
