During inspection the TPHC written policy was missing ( PIC forgot it in a separate vehicle.) CDI by PIC providing the PIC with a new copy of the TPHC written policy and the policy was filled out during the inspection. No points taken due to CDI and PIC correctly answering all questions related to TPHC. |
