Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. CDI, the PIC labeled them with a sharpie and was given suggestions on more permanent labels.

Store cleaned equipment, utensils, linens and packages in a clean, dry location and at least 6 inches off the floor. Clean the bins more often to reduce buildup.

Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Repair the drawer.
